Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Douche voor zichtbare leidingen, wandmontage, legionella

De aan de wand gemonteerde lichaamsdouche is ontworpen om het hele lichaam af te spoelen, zelfs in noodsituaties waarin de gewonde mogelijk moet blijven liggen. Het apparaat is voorzien van een ingebouwd zelflozingsmechanisme met een terugslagklep, waardoor stilstaand water en het risico op legionella of andere onhygiënische deeltjes worden voorkomen.

De aan de wand gemonteerde lichaamsdouche is ontworpen voor het afspoelen van het hele lichaam, zelfs in noodsituaties waarin de gewonde mogelijk moet blijven liggen. De douche is vervaardigd uit duurzaam messing met een chemisch bestendige BROEN-LAB Polycoat-coating en is geoptimaliseerd voor gebruik in uiteenlopende omgevingen. De eenvoudig te reinigen douchekop minimaliseert kalkaanslag, wat zorgt voor langdurige prestaties en betrouwbaarheid. Het apparaat is voorzien van een ingebouwd zelflozingsmechanisme met een terugslagklep, dat stilstaand water en het risico op legionella of andere onhygiënische deeltjes voorkomt. Houd er rekening mee dat legionellapreventie alleen kan worden gegarandeerd als de nooddouche-installatie correct is ontworpen en volgens de standaardprocedure is uitgevoerd. Met een debiet van 60 liter per minuut levert de douche een sproeipatroon dat voldoet aan de normen van EN15154, waardoor een effectieve dekking voor het spoelen van het lichaam in noodgevallen wordt geboden. De activering verloopt snel en eenvoudig en vereist slechts één handeling: de stang naar beneden trekken voor onmiddellijk gebruik. De lichaamsdouche is vervaardigd in overeenstemming met de normen EN 15154 en ANSI Z358.1, wat volledige veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid garandeert. De douche kan eenvoudig worden aangesloten op een BROEN-LAB TMV (thermostatische mengkraan) om een constante watertemperatuur van 22 °C te waarborgen. Het apparaat is voorzien van bewegwijzering conform ISO 3864-1 om de locatie van de douche duidelijk aan te geven.
