For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The wall-mounted combination shower is designed for simultaneous eye, face, and body rinsing, ensuring comprehensive safety in emergency situations. Crafted from durable brass with a chemically resistant BROEN-LAB Polycoat coating, the unit is optimized for use in diverse environments, including laboratories and industrial sites. Its easy-to-clean shower head minimizes limescale buildup, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability. The unit features a built-in self-draining mechanism with a check valve, preventing stagnant water and the risk of Legionella or other unhygienic particles. Please note that Legionella prevention can only be achieved if the emergency shower installation is correctly designed and implemented according to standard procedures. The integrated collection bowl captures water during use and can be connected to a BROEN-LAB drain pipe for efficient disposal. The eye wash is equipped with easy-to-clean spray heads that effectively reduce limescale buildup, guaranteeing optimal performance and extended product lifespan. Integrated dust caps seal the spray heads effectively, preventing dust and particles from entering. Once opened during use, the dust caps remain in place, allowing for uninterrupted rinsing. The built-in FLOWFIX regulates the water flow rate to 12 L/min for consistent performance. With a flow rate of 60 liters per minute, the body shower delivers a spray pattern that complies with EN 15154 standards, providing effective coverage for emergency body rinsing. The unit can be easily activated with a single action, either by pulling a rod or pushing an operating handle. The shower is manufactured in accordance with EN 15154 and ANSI Z358.1 standards, ensuring complete safety and reliability. The shower can be easily connected to a BROEN-LAB TMV (thermostatic mixing valve) to ensure a constant water temperature of 22 °C. The unit includes signage compliant with ISO 3864-1 to clearly indicate the shower's position.
