For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The efficacy of Ethades has been demonstrated through the following tests:
EN 1040: Pseudomanas Aegruginosa & Staphylococcus Aureus.
EN 1276: E. Coli, Candida Albicans & Salmonella Typhimurium.
EN 1500: E. Coli practical test.
EN 13727: E. Coli, S. Aureus, P.aeruginosa & E. Hirae.
EN 1275: Candida Albicans & Aspergillus Niger.
EN 13697: Salmonella Typhimurium.
EN 14348: Tuberculocidao (mycobacteria).
EN 14476: Modified vaccinia virus Ankara (incl. Coronavirus) & Murine Norovirus (enveloped viruses).

Instructions for Use

The product is a ready-to-use liquid that must be used undiluted.

Use for hand disinfection
– Apply to clean and dry hands.
– Apply 3 ml of Ethades to the hands.
– Rub hands carefully for 30 seconds. Fingertips, thumbs, areas between fingers, and wrists must also be thoroughly rubbed with the product.
– Ensure hands remain wet for the entire contact time of 30 seconds.
– Then allow hands to dry thoroughly.

B. Use as a disinfectant for small surfaces
The product is particularly intended for treating small surfaces (maximum 0.5 m²) such as kitchen and computer equipment, materials, furniture, sanitary facilities, display cases, and machines. Do not apply the product to surfaces that are not resistant to alcoholic solutions. Thoroughly clean surfaces and materials to be disinfected beforehand with a suitable cleaning agent and then rinse with clean water. Remove excess water. Apply the undiluted product to the surfaces to be disinfected. Use enough liquid (consumption 40-50 ml product per m²) so that the surfaces remain wet for the entire contact time.

Minimum contact time: 30 seconds (Netherlands), 5 minutes (bacteria), 15 minutes (yeasts) (Belgium).

Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
