Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The new Twin Micro Jumbo toilet roll dispenser is a very cost-efficient unit for dispensing and managing toilet rolls. The dispenser has a secure closure and an easy-to-use sliding mechanism, so that the second toilet roll is only used when the first roll is empty. Switching from one toilet roll to another is very easy by moving the slider once the first toilet roll is finished.

Suitable for 2 compact toilet rolls, which saves maintenance time, as the toilet rolls need to be refilled less often. The design of the dispenser also ensures that every sheet is used.

The Twin Micro Jumbo is available in two variants:
Type 5582 with a fixed core, fitting core sizes from 37 mm to 42 mm in diameter.
Type 5581 with a rotating core for coreless toilet rolls.
The maximum size of the toilet roll for both variants is 140 mm.

Spare parts can be purchased to switch from one variant to another.
