For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Concentrated, low-foaming, unscented, universal kitchen cleaner for general cleaning of floors, walls, worktops, kitchen equipment, kettles, containers, etc.

Product Description

Kitchen cleaner can be used for cleaning all water-resistant surfaces such as floors, walls, worktops, kitchen equipment, kettles, containers, etc. Because the product is low-foaming, it can be perfectly used as a pre-soak for dishes (prevents foaming in the dishwasher). Due to its unique cleaning properties, it is also suitable as a simple floor cleaner in scrubber-dryer machines. Prevents foaming in equipment.

Instructions for use

Kitchen: depending on the soiling, dose 40 to 60 ml per 5 litres in lukewarm water.

Soaking agent: dose 5 ml into a sink filled with 1 litre of cold water. Let it soak for some time.

Floors: for normal soiling, dose 5 ml of product per litre of lukewarm water. Dose it into the reservoir of the scrubber-dryer machine or into a mop bucket. Double the dosage for heavy soiling.

After use: Ensure the packaging is empty (drip-free) and return it to your supplier or the plastic waste for recycling.
