For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Vectair Micro Airoma MVP air fresheners offer flexible and easy-to-use programming options and can be adjusted to the exact conditions of your location by automatically dispensing small amounts of fragrance at specific intervals to eliminate unwanted odors. Operates for up to 3 years on two "C" batteries. Batteries not included.

Fully programmable fragrance dispenser, allowing you to choose the number of refills per year; 6, 8 or 12-hour operation; choice of start and end time; selective function for inactive days; setting the number of active days (5, 6 or 7). In addition, a weekend on/off option is available.

With the patented “I.P.E.™” capability, users can program a period per day for increased fragrance release.

Visible countdown clock indicating the time until the next spray confirms the device's operation and provides a health and safety warning.

Patented automatic reset button when a new refill is inserted.
