For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The floor granules or garage granules from Tomber Moliet are fast-absorbing absorption granules. The small, soft granules are light grey and very suitable for emergencies involving oil, greases and lubricants. The granules are packed in paper bags with 20 litres of absorption capacity. You simply sprinkle the granules over the spill, let them do their work, and easily sweep up the residue. The floor is safe and clean again, with no traces or slipperiness.

Use of absorption granules:

  • Instructions for spilled liquids: Sprinkle the material onto the spilled liquid and wait a few minutes until the liquid is fully absorbed and can be removed using a scoop.
  • Instructions for leaks: Evenly spread a layer of about 2 centimetres of material under the leak. Once the material is saturated, remove it using a scoop.

Waste disposal:

Used absorption granules cannot simply be disposed of with general waste. Contact your municipality or waste processor for information on how to dispose of spilled waste and absorbent material.
