Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The Famolas single-module waste sorting bin is a freestanding piece of furniture made from certified oak veneer and recycled metal, designed for long-term use in offices, public buildings, and high-traffic environments. The surface is finished with a protective lacquer, offering excellent resistance to moisture, cleaning agents, and intensive daily use.

The 50-liter internal container provides ample capacity for waste separation and is easily accessible for emptying and maintenance. The removable inner bin ensures hygienic maintenance and smooth daily operation. Thanks to its stable, freestanding construction, the Famolas module can be used individually or combined with additional units to create customized multi-stream recycling stations.

In addition to the single model, the Famolas system is also available in two and three-opening versions, offering flexible options for sorting waste into multiple categories in professional settings.
