Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Twin Micro Jumbo toilet roll dispenser, as part of our growing range of jumbo toilet roll dispensers.

The new Twin Micro Jumbo toilet roll dispenser is a highly cost-efficient unit for dispensing and managing toilet rolls. The dispenser has a secure closure and an easy-to-use sliding mechanism, so that the second toilet roll is only used once the first roll has been used up. Switching from one toilet roll to the other is very easy by moving the slider once the first toilet roll is finished.

Advantages of the Twin Micro Jumbo:
Compact toilet paper dispenser, fits even in a small restroom.

Suitable for 2 compact toilet rolls, saving maintenance time, as the toilet rolls need to be refilled less often. The design of the dispenser also ensures that every sheet is used.

Robust plastic makes the cover easy to clean.
The Twin Micro Jumbo is available in two variants:

Type 3383 with a fixed core, fitting core sizes from 37 mm to 42 mm in diameter.
Type 3384 with a rotating core for coreless toilet rolls.
The maximum size of the toilet roll for both variants is 140 mm.
Spare parts can be purchased to switch from one variant to the other.
