For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

This visual gem is both robust and beautiful. Vertically mounted baby changing station made of polypropylene with a brushed stainless steel veneer. The product integrates effortlessly with other stainless steel toilet accessories. Also features a unibody steel chassis for superior strength. Thoughtful patron features enhance the end-user experience and include Microban® product protection, a newly designed liner dispenser, a convenient external solid stainless steel hook for rod bags with a satin finish, and laser-etched Koala branding that communicates comfort to families and the promise of thoughtful accommodation.

The dual changing paper compartment has an internal spring tab that pushes the liner forward while only allowing one changing paper to be dispensed at a time. Each compartment holds 25 changing papers and the locking mechanism minimizes user refills and discourages potential vandalism. The product is equipped with child safety straps. The external stainless steel bag hook is for securely storing a diaper bag off the floor and keeping it close to the caregiver for ease of use. The bed surface exclusively incorporates Microban® antimicrobial product protection, which reduces odor-causing bacteria and keeps the bed surface cleaner between cleanings. Hidden pneumatic cylinder for controlled and slow opening and closing of the changing station bed.
