Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

We’ve blended years of regulatory experience and a passion to meet the needs of families with input from leading designers and end-users to create an unrivaled new product line. Introducing the Horizontal KB310 and Vertical KB311 Stainless Steel with Matte Black Accents.

Please Note: This product is intended for infants only, up to 3.5 years of age and weighing less than 50 lbs.
The changing table has a minimum 90-degree deflection. The table will support a maximum of 300 lbs.
The exterior bag hook is a solid stainless steel satin finish rod.
The changing surface is manufactured with Microban® antimicrobial product protection and the efficacy of additive has been confirmed by ISO 22196 testing.
Fully Complies with ADA requirements. Meets ASTM and EN safety standards and is TUV certified.
The front panel and flange are constructed of deep-drawn, one-piece seamless satin finish stainless steel.
No plastic cover or exposed plastic on the front of the station, and no decals on the front panel.
The two-opening liner dispenser features an internal spring tab that dispenses one liner at a time. - Equipped with a cylinder lock, keyed alike to Bobrick washroom accessories.
