Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Hydraulically controlled, for connection to hot and cold water. Functional block with integrated self-closing FRAMIC cartridge, thermostat and pre-assembled hygiene unit including sensor with control electronics for automatic hygiene flushing, program-controlled thermal disinfection (additional bypass cartridge with solenoid valve required) and storage of statistical data. Self-closing FRAMIC cartridge, low-maintenance and stagnation-free, with ceramic disc technology, automatic closing, independent of flow pressure due to separated chamber design. Flow time continuously adjustable. Thermostat with metal handle with adjustable and anti-twist temperature stop and option for manual thermal disinfection. Fully made of metal, visible parts polished and chrome-plated. Connection for separately required KWC shower head DN 15 with pre-assembled flow regulator 9.0 l/min, stainless steel housing with high-quality functional surface and plastic cover caps. Connection hoses with lockable flow regulators with backflow preventer and strainer. Activated hygiene flush, fixed interval time 24 hours. With option for parameterisation and communication via optional bidirectional remote control. Hygiene unit optionally for battery operation with 6 V lithium battery (CR-P2) per tap or separate power supply via mains adapter 6.75 V / 12 V DC.
