For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Flow time continuously adjustable. Thermostat with metal handle with adjustable and anti-twist secured temperature stop and option for manual thermal disinfection. Completely made of metal, visible parts polished and chrome-plated. Pre-assembled shower rail, with height-adjustable hand shower holder and chrome-plated plastic hand shower, shower head with rain spray, diameter 110 mm, shower hose 900 mm, stainless steel housing with high-quality functional surface and plastic cover caps.
