Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

• Biocote® antimicrobial additive, based on silver ion technology, is incorporated into the surface, making it easy to clean and reducing the growth of odour-causing and stain-causing microbes.

• This baby changing station model is equipped with an ionizer ("Ion Hygienic" technology) that neutralizes viruses and bacteria thanks to the negatively charged particles (anions) it emits, keeping the baby changing station free of these harmful microorganisms for the baby's health. The effectiveness of the ionizer against viruses and bacteria has been tested and approved by TÜV Rheinland (microbiological test report number 60329708-001).

• BabyMedi® baby changing stations are supplied (in the packaging) with child safety straps made of nylon.

• A pair of bag hooks (one on the right and one on the left) help to keep personal belongings close and within reach.
