Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Smart design features
Thanks to its unique design features and effective fragrance release, the P-Screen® is the perfect
solution for urinal maintenance by improving fragrance release and splash protection
for up to 60 days. The flexible core consists of a mesh of interwoven EVA strips that form a grid.
This makes the core less rigid than other screens and allows it to fit into almost any urinal.
The design with raised nubs reduces the risk of splashing. At the same time, the plastic bristles absorb liquid for optimal hygiene. In addition, this design ensures that water drains well and prevents dirt and other material from causing blockages.

Active core
The P-Screen urinal screen has an active core containing naturally occurring
enzyme-producing bacteria, which break down organic matter and counteract odors. In addition, this core reduces the buildup of organic material by liquefying and breaking down urine salts, making them easier to flush away.
