Delivery times & tracking
Items that are in stock and ordered via the webshop before 2 pm are usually delivered the next day. Products that are not in stock take longer to arrive.
The product with the latest delivery date determines the delivery date for the entire order. Do you need part of your order sooner and would you therefore prefer partial deliveries? Please contact your contact person as stated on your order confirmation.

Delivery to countries in the European Union
Exporting from the Netherlands to countries within the European Union: intra-Community supply
- VAT will not be charged on our invoice to VAT-registered businesses in other countries within the European Union.
This applies only if CitroenAir sends the goods to another country within the European Union. You must then provide your VAT identification number from another country belonging to the European Union in your customer details (must be verified by VIES).
We refer to this as an intra-Community supply. This supply is subject to 0% VAT. For the recipient of the goods, this constitutes an intra-Community acquisition in the EU country to which the goods are being sent. They must pay VAT in that country.
- Do you not have a VAT registration number? In that case, the 0% rate does not apply. We will then have to charge you VAT.
The rules for intra-Community transactions apply to the countries belonging to the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Sweden and Cyprus; with the exception of the Turkish part.
You can find the delivery charges in the menu on the right.
Delivery to countries outside the European Union
Delivery to countries outside the European Union, Delivered Duty Unpaid
CitroenAir also delivers to countries outside the European Union. When exporting goods to countries outside the European Union, we charge 0% VAT.
For all shipments sent to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for paying all import costs (import duties, VAT and handling fees).
These are the additional (customs) costs that the recipient must pay if you order from CitroenAir and the goods are delivered to a country outside the European Union.
- Clearance costs
- VAT
- Any import duties (import taxes)
The recipient must pay the additional (customs) costs to the carrier.
Customs uses HS codes and commodity codes to classify products. This allows customs to track which products enter and leave a country. Each product has a unique combination of numbers that you use for import and export shipments. The correct commodity code is important, as it determines how much import duty you pay and whether you need special permits or certificates.
CitroenAir cannot calculate the additional (customs) charges for you. Please contact your customs office for this.
If required, CitroenAir can provide you with the HS codes, the country of origin and the weight of the items.
For your quote request, including shipping costs (excluding customs and other charges) to a country outside the European Union, please always contact our order desk first.
