For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
- The product must not have been used.
- The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
- Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
- The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
- The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.
Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.
If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Product care
d line products are manufactured from the highest quality AISI 316 stainless steel. To maintain the unique d line finish, please follow the instructions below:
Wash the surfaces with soapy water or a mild detergent.
Always rinse thoroughly with clean water.
To complete the cleaning procedure, dry/polish the surface with a soft dry cloth.
Do not use abrasive powders, steel wool, chlorine-based cleaning agents or other aggressive cleaning agents, as these may damage the surface.
If stains or corrosion appear on the surface, this is not due to the quality of the stainless steel, but to impurities in the environment, aggressive conditions, or incorrect or insufficient cleaning.
