For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

The brown box for our products provides good protection from production to transport and storage. Even the adhesive tape is made of paper. We have reduced the packaging design to two printing colors.

With the Green Hygiene product line, we have now achieved a good solution for our environment. All Green Hygiene products are made from 100% recycled waste paper. Nevertheless, these products do not compromise on the good quality you are used to. And all products - from folded towels to toilet and hand towel rolls - are just as functional and convenient to use as the less environmentally friendly hygiene paper used until now.
