For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Product description

Durable, high-quality microfiber cloth for cleaning almost any surface.
- Excellent cleaning power and absorbency.
- Can be washed at least 300-600 times.

Instructions

1. Before first use, wash the cloth once in the washing machine.
2. Used dry, it is an ideal dust cloth. Slightly damp, it removes dust and dirt without detergent, leaving no streaks.
For damp cleaning: Spray the cloth with a spray bottle or pre-soak. Use 500 ml of water for 15 cloths. Put half of the microfiber cloths in a bucket. Add 250 ml of water (with dish soap). Put the remaining cloths in the bucket and add another 250 ml of water. The cloths are now damp enough to ensure optimal use.
3. Fold the cloth (3x double).
4. Use all 16 surfaces one by one, changing regularly.
5. We recommend washing the cloths at 60° C with a detergent suitable for colored fabrics. Lower washing temperatures help protect the environment.

Fold the cloth 3 times in half (16 squares). Place the cloth in your hand so that the folded side is at the side of the thumb. Clean with the first square surface of the cloth. As soon as square surface 1 is soiled, unfold the cloth and fold again so that the second square surface is visible. Use each square surface one by one and change regularly. When all square surfaces on one side have been used, unfold the cloth, turn it over and fold it 3 times again. Use each square surface one by one and change regularly. After you have used all square surfaces, put the microfiber cloth in the laundry bag.
