For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

GROHE Eurosmart wastafelkraan – met temperatuurbegrenzer en thermische desinfectie

Praktisch, veilig en gebruiksvriendelijk! Met deze vernieuwde GROHE Eurosmart wastafelmengkraan verhoog je in een keer de hygiëne en veiligheid in je badkamer. De eengreeps wastafelkraan heeft een hogere uitloop voor meer comfort en is uitgevoerd in krasbestendig GROHE Long-Life chroom. De extra lange hendel kun je eenvoudig met je hand én met je elleboog bedienen. Ideaal om te gebruiken in zorginstellingen en ziekenhuizen. De eengreeps mengkraan is uitgerust met diverse veiligheidsfuncties om verbranding door heet water te voorkomen. Zo kun je via GROHE Safety Stop de watertemperatuur begrenzen vanaf 38° tot 44°C en wanneer de koudwatertoevoer plots uitvalt, dan stopt de waterstroom automatisch. De 1-gats wastafelmengkraan is voorzien van een thermische desinfectiemodus waarbij gedurende 3 minuten heet water stroomt van ruim 70°C om legionellabacteriën en ziektekiemen onschadelijk te maken. Zo blijft de hygiëne optimaal gewaarborgd in de badkamer. De GROHE SilkMove cartouche zorgt ervoor dat de regeling van de temperatuur en het watervolume via de lusvormige hendel soepel gaat. GROHE Water Saving voegt hier een waterbesparende functie aan toe en beperkt de waterstroom tot 5,7 l/min voor een duurzaam waterverbruik. De GROHE Eurosmart wastafelkraan is geschikt voor een 1-gatsinstallatie en deze heb je met het GROHE FastFixation installatiesysteem en de flexibele aansluitslangen snel en eenvoudig zelf gemonteerd.
