Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Mediclinics Speedflow hand dryer with high speed motor. Warm air hand dryer. 1150 Watt. Drying time: 10-12 seconds. Air temperature 41-44°C. Sensor operation. UNIVERSAL VOLTAGE 110-240 V. The dryer recognizes whether the current is 110V, or 240V, or somewhere in between and automatically adjusts to it.

The Mediclinics Speedflow® line of hand dryers is categorized within the eco-fast range of products, but with the added value of meeting the requirements of ADA / UNE for the accessibility of public restrooms. This regulation requires that the depth of the dryer may not exceed 100 mm to facilitate access and movement of disabled persons across the restroom.

This hand dryer is also designed to be environmentally friendly, including an important added value, such as energy saving. Speedflow® is a drying solution that minimizes energy consumption and CO2 emissions:

With a total power of 1150 W, it consumes an average of 3.83 W per drying cycle, which results in an energy saving of more than 80% compared to traditional hand dryers (average consumption of 19-20 watts / cycle).

Under normal circumstances, it is estimated that a traditional hand dryer emits an average of 500 kg of CO2 annually. The Speedflow line consumes an average of 247 kg of CO2, which means an annual emission reduction of 51%.
