Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

The Speedflow® Plus line of hand dryers belongs to the eco-fast product category, but with the added value of complying with ADAAG requirements for public restroom accessibility. These regulations require that the dryer's depth does not exceed 100 mm to facilitate access and movement for people with disabilities in the restroom.
The new Speedflow® Plus hand dryer is particularly suitable for high-traffic locations, such as airports, shopping centres, sports facilities, etc.
This energy-efficient hand dryer has very low energy consumption. With a maximum power of 850 W, this hand dryer, depending on the configuration applied, consumes only between 0.6 and 2.8 watts per drying cycle and 0.4 W in standby, making it one of the lowest energy consumers on the market.
Fast (maximum air speed 400 km/h) and quiet (57-65 dBA). Dries hands in just 12 seconds.
Adjustable motor to control energy consumption between 180 and 850 W.
Equipped as standard with a HEPA media filter that filters solid suspended particles and optionally with an ionizer (“Ion Hygenic”) that purifies the air by negatively charged particles (anions).
Optional odour-neutralizing pearls are also available to create a clean and pleasant atmosphere in the bathroom. (Ref. RCFB001)
“ON/OFF” microswitch on the electronic board. This allows the heating element to be switched on and off.
Detection of fixed objects. If a static object is detected in front of the sensor, the hand dryer automatically stops after 3-5 seconds as a safety measure.
Automatic safety shutdown. After 30 seconds of continuous use, the device automatically switches off.
