For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

Return Shipping

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

Sanitary Cleaner Bio box 2 x 5 litre can (PRCA04) concentrated, freshly fragranced, neutral product for cleaning all sanitary facilities.

Product Description

Contains micro-organisms that ensure effective odour breakdown. It is also pleasantly fragranced, making it pleasant to use.

Please note: the product becomes ineffective in combination with disinfectants.

Instructions for use

Spray method: Dose 20 ml of product into a spray bottle filled with a maximum of 1 litre of cold water. Spray the cleaning solution onto a microfibre cloth or directly onto the surface. Clean the surface with it. Empty the spray bottle daily. The product must not be atomised.

Wiping method: The product can be applied directly to the contaminated surfaces. For normal soiling, dose 10 ml of product per litre of lukewarm water. Soak the cloth or sponge in the cleaning solution and wring it out until it is damp, then clean the surface. Increase the dosage for heavy soiling.

After use: Ensure the packaging is empty (drip-free) and return it to your supplier or place it in plastic waste so that it can be recycled.
