Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

The new U-Flow is a "hands-through", fast, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, hygienic and stylish hand dryer, suitable for high-traffic areas.

The innovative and ergonomic U-shaped design offers complete freedom of movement, making hand drying a unique experience full of protection and hygiene.

By combining HEPA filter media with Ion Hygienic and Biocote technology to eliminate viruses and bacteria, this hand dryer is one of the most hygienic on the market.

With adjustable motor power. Electrical consumption can be regulated between 420 and 1100 Watt.
Heating element (only 400 Watt) with on/off switch.
The OFF function is enabled by default.

Includes ionizer. This Ion Hygienic technology purifies the air using negatively charged particles (anions), eliminating many of the particles and germs suspended in the air. These ions inhibit the reproduction of microorganisms in the product throughout its lifespan.
