Returns

For a quick and efficient handling of your returns, we request that you always contact us before returning anything. Returned products are eligible for a credit note if they meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The product is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, suitable for resale.
  • Products that have been ordered especially for you and/or are not in stock cannot unfortunately be returned.
  • The product must be properly and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
  • The shipping costs for returning the products are at the expense of the buyer.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge return costs up to a maximum of 25% of the net sales value.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions or without a stated reason, the payment obligation will not expire and we can decide not to process future orders. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.

CitroenAir will also bear the costs for defective products returned to CitroenAir by the buyer. The product must be well and securely packed in an outer box to prevent damage during transport. Contact our customer service to have the defective products or parts collected.

The Famolas two-compartment waste sorting bin enables efficient separation of two waste streams within a single unit. Crafted from certified oak veneer and recycled metal, the bin is engineered for long-lasting use in offices, public buildings, and high-traffic environments. Its sleek rectangular form with softly rounded corners presents a refined, contemporary aesthetic that complements a wide range of professional interiors. The surface is finished with a durable protective lacquer, designed to resist moisture, cleaning agents, and the rigorous daily use required in public spaces.

Each compartment contains a removable 50-litre inner bin (total capacity 2 × 50 L), facilitating easy emptying and hygienic maintenance. Waste stream symbols are fully customisable, and we will supply the agreed-upon symbol set according to project requirements. Its stable, freestanding construction allows the unit to be used individually or combined with other Famolas modules to create flexible, multi-stream recycling stations.

In addition to the two-compartment model, the Famolas system is also available as a single-compartment module (1 opening, 50 L) and a three-compartment version (3 × 50 L), offering flexible solutions for diverse sorting needs.

Suitable for offices, hotels, restaurants, educational buildings, lobbies, corridors, and other public areas, the Famolas bin combines robust construction, the warmth of natural materials, and practical functionality for modern professional environments.
